Coco Grill & Lounge is a beautiful highly Instagrammable restaurant located in the heart of London over-looking the iconic Tower Bridge and River Thames.<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s in a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning views, whilst enjoying a delicious range of food and drinks. Working with the very best connoisseurs in the alcohol free category\u00a0and known for its alcohol free menu, Coco Restaurant really excels when it comes to their \u2018dry\u2019 drinks \u2013 the flavours and the presentation are equally incredible\u2013 so much so that it\u2019s worth a visit for mocktails alone, and of course, no hangover the next day.<\/span><\/p>\n

The interior decor is beautiful and you\u2019ll definitely want to take full advantage of the back drops so make sure you have plenty of space on that camera roll.\u00a0 On arrival, \u00a0there are two beautiful pink blossoms trees at the entrance, alongside an outdoor seating area.\u00a0 I can imagine how picturesque this must be on a summer\u2019s evening sat along the riverside. \u00a0The chic atmosphere is accentuated atmosphere with green velour chairs and gold tables, giving off a really fancy vibe. Outdoor heaters ensure the terrace can be used for alfresco dining all year round.<\/span><\/p>\n

Head inside via the red carpet which leads the way to reception, where you\u2019re greeted and taken to your seat.\u00a0 One of the most beautiful restaurants I\u2019ve been in, you\u2019ll love the florals all around the restaurant, not forgetting the staircase to the toilets with floor to ceiling displays.<\/span><\/p>\n

We sat in a booth style table area overlooking the restaurant. The waiters and waitresses were so wonderfully attentive and if you need help with selecting your food choices, they\u2019re more than\u00a0happy and helpful to assist.<\/span><\/p>\n

The contemporary menu is influenced from the Anatolian peninsula and all the spices and herbs are carefully sourced for the finest tastes. \u00a0All of the dishes are seasonal and work with a very close network of farmers to source halal certified meats. \u00a0There\u2019s a huge range of dishes to choose from covering, vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten free options.<\/span><\/p>\n

And so the theatre began.\u00a0 Each course of incredible dishes were presented to the table with a display of dry ice \u2013 unlike anything I\u2019ve experienced before!<\/span><\/p>\n

When we tucked into the food you could tell how much work had been put into the menu. The flavours were incredible! We started with juicy olives, classic hummus and fresh bread, cheese and spinach pide and crispy spiced chicken. This was perfect for two people sharing.<\/span><\/p>\n

For mains we indulged in Tavuk Shish which is a Coco signature consisting of chicken and vegan plant based meatball spaghetti \u2013 a delicious dish which was perfectly for a chilly February afternoon and packed with so much flavour, again presented with the dry ice for maximum effect.<\/span><\/p>\n

Because the outdoor seating looked so inviting we requested to have our dessert outside so that we could admire the beautiful view of Tower Bridge. It was cosy atmosphere with the heaters on, tucking into a luscious brownie whilst doing a little people watching.<\/span><\/p>\n

While I\u2019d highly recommend all of the dishes we tried at Coco Grill & Lounge, it\u2019s more than just the food, it\u2019s the whole experience. The ambiance, the decor, the delicious food and drinks, and all of the small attention to detail!<\/span><\/p>\n
