And\u00a0Frankie Essex<\/a>, 33, flashed a very toned midriff as she stepped out for lunch at the Coco Grill & Lounge in\u00a0London<\/a>\u00a0on Saturday, after admitting on Instagram that she\u2019s still taking steps to\u00a0lose weight<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Former The Only Way Is Essex star Frankie wore an all-white satin vest top and shorts set with a matching jacket from Pretty Little Thing.<\/p>\n

Dazzling:\u00a0Frankie Essex showed off her toned stomach in a crop top and shorts on an outing in London on Saturday as she continues her weight loss journey<\/strong><\/p>\n

Frankie\u2019s long blonde hair and gleaming white teeth were perfectly accentuated by her bright attire. The reality star looked in great shape with her toned stomach on show as she sported a healthy glow.<\/p>\n

Sharing a picture from inside the venue on Instagram on Sunday, Frankie wrote: \u2018It is better to take many small steps in the right direction, than to make a Great Leap Forward only to stumble backward<\/p>\n

Out for the night:\u00a0She opted for a pair of white Sophia Webster shoes while she carried a matching HA Designs bag featuring a gold chain<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Frankie previously said she gained\u00a0weight when she was \u2018fed up\u2019 in lockdown but dropped some pounds by controlling her portion sizes and changing her routine.<\/p>\n

The television personality wanted to break her habits of waking up late and eating more food than she needed.<\/p>\n

Despite being fairly healthy before, she revealed she had problems with portion control and frequent snacking throughout the day during lockdown.<\/p>\n

\u2018I felt like a mess!\u2019: Frankie previously confessed that she hit \u2018breaking point\u2019 after her healthy eating habits went \u2018wayside\u2019 when restaurants briefly reopened (pictured in February, left, and November, right)<\/p>\n

Talking to\u00a0Closer<\/a>\u00a0magazine after slimming down to 11st, she said: \u2018I\u2019m proud of my transformation and I feel like I\u2019ve got my confidence back. I\u2019ve lost weight all over but I\u2019ve mostly trimmed my belly and waist.\u2019<\/p>\n

Frankie admitted that due to lockdown and then restaurants briefly reopening again, her weight slowly crept up as she opted for \u2018easy\u2019 takeaways over home cooked meals while her exercise came to a \u2018standstill\u2019.<\/p>\n
